All the goodness of fresh apple is preserved in cider vinegar, making it an excellent source of Vitamins A and C and good quality carbohydrates. The minerals present include calcium and phosphorous to maintain bone integrity and potassium and sodium for electrolyte balance. N.A.F Cider Vinegar is therefore recommended for all round health and vitality, with the particular benefit being seen in coat condition and can be used where there are early signs of joint stiffness. N.A.F Cider Vinegar may also be used to regulate digestive pH, which, when not maintained at optimum levels may lead to digestive imbalances.
