Delivery

How are my Goods delivered? All prescription medicines are despatched by guaranteed or recorded delivery. Other Goods are sent by Royal Mail first class, second class, recorded or guaranteed delivery or by carrier depending upon weight and value.

How much does P&P cost?

Any queries you have about where we deliver to should be directed to the sales offices on 01562 825978.

If there are any problems with your delivery, we will notify you within 48 hours.

Non-delivery of Products

If your order is not received within 3 working days of the date on which delivery was estimated to occur then you should notify us by email with your order number. We will note that the order has been delivered late and will contact the courier if appropriate. If the Products were being sent by Royal Mail and you have not received them after 15 WORKING DAYS (i.e. 3 WEEKS) then you must contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to report that the Products have not been received before contacting Us. You will then be required to complete a Royal Mail P91 form for us to investigate the non-delivery of the Products.

In order to ensure that you receive the Products requested by you as soon as possible then we recommend that you reorder the Products on the website.

How do I return a purchase? Post the Goods to us and we will credit you immediately or send your replacement items as soon as they are available. If an item was sent to you in error, we will reimburse all your delivery costs. If you have questions about a specific return, please call or email us.

Due to legal requirements medicines may not be returned except to correct an error in despatch or in response to an Official Recall.

What if my purchase arrives damaged? Return any damaged items to Nutrecare and we will replace them immediately or give you a full refund.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?  Yes subject to our terms and conditions.

We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in the Nutrecare web site are in supply, and that you get what you have ordered within our stated delivery times. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be refunded in full for it.
